Flexible Work Schedule

Our part-time positions offer flexible work schedules predetermined each week. Part-time employees are expected to work 20-30 hours per week depending on business needs. Our normal operation hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.

Position Overview

Deep cleaning of boats inside and out Pre / Post refurbishment

Maintains sales lot organization and cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness and detailing of boats on the sales lot

Ability to recognize and protect precious boat components while performing duties.

Attention to detail with a sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner

May include handling and application of solvents, hydraulic fluids, oils, lubes, greases, paints, and fuel along with proper disposal.

Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Personal Protective Equipment requirements could include face respirators, dust masks, gloves, and chemical resistant suits.

Moderate lifting ability up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Must be able to work efficiently and effectively to achieve daily goals.

Ability to work in a fiberglass dust environment and a fast paced, noisy environment.

Must follow all safety and quality standards at all times, including chemical handling standards and PPE .

Must possess the ability to be focused on observing proper operating procedures and safety practices.

Understand and follow verbal and written directions.

Ability to use hand, and pneumatic tools, buffer and abrasive sanding tools/supplies

Ability to work with fellow coworkers in close proximity and in a team environment displaying mutual respect

Ability to fluently speak, read, understand, and write English

High school diploma or GED Required
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
