Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds or when patient is unable to assist with the lift patient handling equipment is expected to be used with at least one other associate when available. Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case~by~case basis.Purpose:Primary duties of the Dietitian will be to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and diabetes self~management education in group and individual settings in accordance with current program education curriculum and evidence based nutrition recommendations. Will also function as a resource for AMG physicians and providers for diabetes and nutrition education.Accountabilities:Responsible for providing diabetes self~management education and medical nutrition therapy to AMG patients and their significant others.Serve as a resource
