Personal Assistant to the CEO | Part-Time

Nao Medical is experiencing significant growth and expansion and is seeking a Personal Assistant to support our CEO, to enable efficient and high quality implementation of required activities to support achievement of our strategic goals. An ideal fit for this role will be someone highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Executive Assistant on the CEO's meeting schedules and travel needs.

Collaborate with CEO's Executive Assistant for optimal coordination of schedules.

Helps when the CEO is on the go or working at home.

Manage mail and shipping

Can chauffeur the CEO when needed

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

This individual must possess the following:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required

Prior success in managing executive level schedules and calendars

Extraordinary organizational skills and the ability to flex when necessary

Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus, but not required

Valid driving license
