Attention Moms we have an amazing opportunity for a Part-Time Hybrid Office Clerk role that will perfectly with your schedule while your kids are in school. This position will work flexible hours, up to 20 hrs. a week, and can work 2 days in the office and 2 remote.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing accounting and clerical support to the department.

Create client's final billing statement

Reviewing credit card transactions and ensuring that receipts are attached

Requirements:

1 year of general office experience

Knowledge of basic Excel and Adobe

Strong Math skills

Ability to part-time flexible hours, up to 20 hrs.' a week.
