Scan documents to imaging system.
Distribute daily reports to appropriate personnel or file as needed.
Generate letter and mail client name/address changes.
Process, mail and track client security advices.
Monitor OFAC
File paper reports, W-9’s and Tax EIN’s as needed.
Other tasks as assigned and needed.

Must possess a “can do” client-service attitude/philosophy
High school diploma required
