The Customer Service Representative will provide unparalleled Customer Service, ensuring every interaction is professional and accurate. Customer Service provided in response to phone calls and emails from Health Care Industry Representatives concerning our service and support.

This is a part-time role with one of the following schedules:

Monday- Friday: 6:00am - 10:00am
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Monday - Friday: 2:00pm - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate, courteous, and thorough assistance to customers calling or emailing in for assistance with IntelliCentrics products
  • Support HCIR members with timely and concise response to all inquiries, requests and issues via phone and email, daily
  • Conduct all communications professionally and efficiently according to company policies and IntelliCentrics Brand Promises
  • Strive for "one and done" resolution for all inquiries and issues
  • Promote consistency in policies and procedures by using available resources to stay up to date on available features and products
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team-mates and customers
  • Handle special projects or assignments as required in support of overall Customer Service Team goals
  • Able to work the hours needed to cover various geographic regions
  • Tolerate stress associated with handling difficult customers or situations

    Required Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • Three months experience in a customer interaction role and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hardworking and self-directed with a focus on execution and results.
  • Must be fluent with all Microsoft Office tools.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to learn core software utilized in provision of services
  • Must be able to facilitate high quality customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of credentialing process preferred
