Generate reports or export data
Other duties as assigned
Required to pass the HSPD-12 background check
1 year of direct customer facing dispatching experience
Two or more years of Computer software applications experience
Two or more years of Office experience and data entry
Type 60-80 WPM ? Must be fluent in English
Must have attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Possess the versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities,
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress, offering solutions to resolve issues
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
20 hrs. or more per week.
